  1. Ethical Sourcing & CITES Compliance
      At Insect Arts, we are committed to the ethical sourcing of all our specimens. All insects used in our art pieces are either farm-raised and have died of natural causes, or are sourced from sustainable conservation projects that support local indigenous communities. We strictly adhere to international wildlife trade regulations. None of the species offered on our website are listed under CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) Appendix I as endangered.
  2.  Natural Product Variations 
      Please note that you are purchasing an artwork made from real, natural biological specimens. Therefore, slight variations in size, color, pattern, and minor natural imperfections (such as microscopic asymmetry in antennae or slight wing wear) are completely normal and are what make each piece a unique work of art. The images on our website are highly representative, but the exact piece you receive will have its own unique natural fingerprint.
  3. Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations
      Insect Arts operates and ships from Chengdu, China. For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by the destination country. Furthermore, while our specimens are fully sterilized and legally prepared for export, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the importation of dried insect specimens is permitted under their local customs and agricultural regulations. Insect Arts cannot be held liable for packages delayed, rejected, or destroyed by local customs authorities.
  4. Intellectual Property
      All content on insectarts.com, including but not limited to photographs, logo designs, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Insect Arts and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our visual materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
