Order Processing Time All orders are processed and carefully packaged within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping Estimates Insect Arts operates and ships globally from our studio in Chengdu, China. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• North America (US & Canada): 10 - 15 business days

• Europe: 10 - 20 business days

• Rest of the World: 15 - 25 business days (Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may fluctuate due to international customs processing.)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Insect Arts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs and agricultural regulations regarding the importation of dried insect specimens before placing an order.
